Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging programs guide us to reduce unconscious biases conducive to creating and upholding more inclusive, respectful, fair, supportive, and safe environments that value all facets of identities and voices.
Our programs include interactive workshops challenging the messages measuring a person’s value which influences how we treat ourselves and others. The workshops consist of imagery, self-reflective exercises, and thought-provoking group discussion to understand how our views were and continue to be developed and what choices we make because of those beliefs. As we uncover these origins, from personal experiences and our environment to the media, we can determine what devaluing lessons to un-accept as truth in order to accept humanizing perceptions that influence us to minimize offenses and support a true sense of belonging across all facets of identities such as race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity and expression, creed, religion, political affiliation, socioeconomic background, sexuality, physical and cognitive abilities, age, and appearance.
