Elevating Views/Uplifting Humanity
Elevating Views/Uplifting Humanity programs guide individuals and organizations to reduce unconscious biases and create more inclusive, respectful, fair, supportive, and safe environments that value all facets of identity and voice.
These interactive workshops challenge the messages shaping how people value themselves and others. Through imagery, self-reflective exercises, and thoughtful group discussion, participants explore the roots of their beliefs—from personal experiences to media influence—and identify which narratives to unlearn.
The programs foster humanizing perspectives that support true belonging across all aspects of identity, including race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity and expression, creed, religion, political affiliation, socioeconomic background, sexuality, physical and cognitive abilities, age, and appearance.
